Richard Miller has been a freelance photographer for 30 years working in commercial, tourism, manufacturing, agriculture, sports, art, annual reports, and events. This has taken Richard overseas seven times. One of these was working for the Australian RSL (Returned Service League) covering the Anzac service in Turkey. Portraiture including the Australian Prime Minister, author Wilbur Smith, musicians such as Kylie Minogue, Little Patty and Powderfinger, actress Jacky Weaver, and racing driver Mark Skaife. Richard was born in the U.K and after school worked in London at age 19. He joined and trained with the British America Cup Team, later working on cruise ships for Union Castle, Cunard and P&O, travelling around the world many times. He came to Australia and worked for an international organisation which operates in 54 countries working in the marketing, promotion and advertising of that group, at heir head quarters in Paris. Richard also spent 4 years as president of the Shoalhaven Chamber of Commerce, and continues in his role as a freelance Photographer working across Sydney and Regional NSW.
